Job Description

Join our Innovation Launchpad Program and lead the creation of groundbreaking B2B SaaS products. We are seeking dynamic founders with an initial MVP (Minimum Viable Product) – it may not be perfect, but it should embody a viable business idea.

As a Founder in our Program, you’ll work intensely with our team to steer your MVP through an exciting journey of development, leveraging our comprehensive support system to refine and scale your product, ideally launching within the first three months.

Key Responsibilities

  • MVP to Market-Ready Product: Evolve your MVP into a full-scale B2B SaaS solution, focusing on product-market fit and user-centric design.
  • Strategic Leadership: Create and implement robust business strategies, including market entry, growth, and scaling plans.
  • Team Development: Build and lead a dedicated team. Utilize our resources for effective hiring and team management.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage and optimize the financial resources provided, including grants and budgeting, to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Marketing and Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies, and leverage our sales support for lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Networking and Mentorship: Access our extensive network for guidance, mentorship, and building strategic relationships.
  • Exit Planning: Strategize and prepare for potential exit opportunities, aiming for maximum business valuation and successful transition.


  • Experience in the startup ecosystem, preferably with a focus on B2B SaaS.
  • An existing MVP or product prototype showcasing potential.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent communication and networking abilities.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required.
